Aiden nodded his head, "I understand Ayame. I will do my best to try and stay out of trouble, but I won't sit around and see you get hurt." He saw Ayame bite her lip and it made his insides turn. "Please Aiden, just be careful," She said. Aiden chuckled,"I could say the same about you." He grabbed her hand as they walked outside. "I was just so worried about you when I heard what happened. I didn't know what to think, but that I had to get to you," Aiden explained to her.
Ayame smiled,"And that's why I love you so much." Aiden could have melted with the way she looked at him. He wished he could show her in a more physical manner what she meant to him. Aiden gave her a kiss on the cheek, knowing it wouldn't be too much to get them into trouble. Being apart the way they were was infuriating, but it wasn't long before they would both be out of there and moving on with their own life. Aiden wanted to remain close until Levi graduated and he wanted his brother to have a place to go on the weekends.
Speaking of which, he knew he was forgetting something today.

Levi had to admit that he had fun swimming in the pool with someone. Granted, it wasn't with his most favorite person, but it was better than being alone. Dezmin walked him to the dorm they occupied together. Dezmin insisted that he walk Levi to his room and Levi wouldn't have it. "I said no Dezmin," Levi put his foot down. "Oh come on. It isn't like I'm gonna do anything to you," Dezmin insisted. Levi crossed his arms over his chest, "I don't want people thinking crap about me. I enjoy being invisible when it comes to rumors, so please, for the love of God; go away."
Levi turned to go up the stairs when Dezmin grabbed his hand, "Didn't you have fun today?" "Yeah, sure I did. Swimming was great, but I'm tired now and I want to go to sleep," Levi said as he got his hand out of Dezmin's. Dezmin backed up, "Alright then. I'll see you tomorrow?" Levi wanted to bang his head on the wall. He was too nice, that was it. "Sure, if it gets you to leave me alone now." Dezmin grinned and winked at Levi, "See you bright and early." Levi shook his head as Dezmin left. He didn't want to get up early. He wanted to sleep in and enjoy the rest of his vacation. Dezmin ruined everything.
Levi laid on his bed, too tired to even punch his pillow. He was so frustrated by all this. What he needed was a woman. A good woman with big breasts. Levi smiled as he thought about it, but as his image of a woman entered his mind, it faded into Dezmin. He woke with a gasp, hearing his alarm clock go off. It was morning already? Levi growled as he threw the contraption clear across the room. He wasn't ready for today. He wasn't ready to turn 16. Levi crawled out of bed and got ready for the day. When he was done and ready to leave, he opened the door to see Dezmin leaning against the wall with his eyes closed. The sunlight hit Dezmin in the right angle to make his body glow. Levi shook his head and quietly shut the door, hoping that Dezmin fell asleep waiting for him.
Dezmin opened an eye and smiled, "Good morning Birthday Boy." Levi did a double take, "How did you know?" Dezmin got up off the wall and wrapped his arm around Levi's neck, "Come on. I got some stuff planned for you." Levi grunted, "Not again. Can you just kill me instead?" Dezmin laughed, "I'm not all that bad!" They made their way down the stairs and Levi was greeted by a slew of people. It was Dezmin's friends and there was a big cake made for him. He saw all the smiling faces and they all seemed genuine. He wasn't used to this, or anyone being nice to him. The candles glowed his name. His face showed nothing but shock.
"Are you gonna blow them out dork or just stand there?" Dezmin asked as he patted Levi's back. Levi looked at Dezmin and gulped, "Yeah I can do that." "Don't forget to make a wish," Dezmin pointed out. Levi's mind went blank for a moment until it rested on all the people surrounding him. He wished to have friends by his side always. Good friends. He blew out the candles and the girls and boys clapped. Cake was passed around and the early hours of the morning were spent in the video area where they had a marathon of cheesy movies.
Dezmin tried very hard to cuddle with Levi on the couch, but Levi made sure there was always a pillow between them. It wasn't until the afternoon that the merry band dispersed, leaving the two alone. "Hey Dezmin," Levi said, getting Dezmin's attention, "Thanks man." Levi could have sworn he saw a blush spread on Dezmin's face, "Yeah, no problem punk." Levi couldn't help but smile.

Crocell could only remember bits and pieces, but the pain was so intense that it kept making him fade out. He finally came to, feeling the sharpness of the pain his him. He grunted, not wanting to move too fast, not really knowing what was going on. There was a demon here, someone that held an ancient power like Sonolum. Crocell tried to get himself up on his elbows and hissed as he fell back down again. He was beaten badly and he could thank Misha for it.
Crocell closed his eyes and took in a deep breath. Through the pain he sat up, panting from the use of his strength. He hand came to his middle where the most pain was. He scanned the area he was in and realized he was still in the pit. It was dark.

Kross didn't like the thought of being woken up in the middle of the day. This was why he was glad that he was going to only be teaching night classes this semester. He didn't think he could take the sun any longer than he has. Being exposed to it weakened him greatly. Kross chuckled at her statement of being a possession, "I'm just overly protective of what I feel belongs to me. I have an old way of thinking sometimes, so you'll have to excuse me my darling." He kissed her before she had time to protest again. "This old vampire is tired and is in need of rest and nourishment. If we're to see Mr.Bell in the afternoon as you say then the earlier we sleep the better."
Kross then picked Alison up and carried her to bed. They didn't go directly to bed as he predicted, but making love to Alison never got old and he knew it never would. Morning rose and the alarm clock went off to signal them to get up. Kross groaned as he clicked the blasted thing off and rolled over, putting his head under the covers, going right back to sleep. His body didn't want to move.

Lilith had a rude awakening when her alarm clock beeped an annoying sound. She leaned over to the other side table and turned it off. Then not even a minute later, Orion came knocking on her door. She was exhausted. All she wanted to do was sleep. She would had just laid there, however, she knew Orion wouldn't leave. She heard him say, "Come on Lilith, open the door." She wanted to say 'go away', but she knew that it wouldn't work. She sighed and got out of her bed. She opened the door.
Anthony was standing beside Orion as he knocked on the door. When Lilith opened it, at first, he wanted to laugh. He wanted to laugh because of what Lilith looked like. Lilith still had her clothes from the previous day on. Her hair was sticking up all over the place. It looked like that she got shocked by electricity or lightning. He said, "Lilith I love your hair." He was trying to lighten the mood. She gave him a dirty look.
Orion said, "Hurry Lilith, Mistress Anne would like to see us."
"Can I take a shower, first?"
"Sure, I don't see why not."
Lilith turned around from the door. Orion and Anthony noticed the obvious changes that seem that Lilith had yet noticed. However, they wouldn't say anything, yet. She gathered some clean clothes and entered to shower. She was basically on autopilot. Lilith was drying off when she saw her reflection. She could be her mother's double. The only difference between them were their eyes. Sophia's was brown as Lilith's were blue. She looked away. She can't look at the mirror.
When she walked out of the bathroom, Orion looked at her like 'you're going with your hair like that'. Lilith didn't say anything as she walked out of her room. Anthony and Orion looked at each other. "This is how it starts. Anthony, we can't let her stay in her room all the time. Because, last time was....." He shuttered at the memory. "Lets say it wasn't pretty."
After they went to see the Headmistress, they got their bags and headed towards the airport. Lilith thought, "I can't believe this. I just returned from Alaska. Tired as Hell. Now I had to go to Dallas. I hope I get catch up with my sleep before school starts. Also, there's a day coming that I don't want to come. My sixteenth birthday. I don't want a birthday."
They arrived at the airport and indeed Alex White was there. Lilith didn't want to do this now. She just found out that her mother was murdered by that bastard, Lorian. Alex walked towards them and stretched out his hand to shake. "You must be Lilith and Anthony. You had grown since the last time I'd seen you, two." They shook hands and he continued to speak, "Orion, it's always a pleasure to talk to you. Now, we must get on the jet. We want to be in Dallas on time." While he was speaking to them, the flight attendants loaded their bags for the trip. They climbed into the jet. Lilith rather be in a regular plane. It was too much memories. There was a round table that had secured stationary seats around it. They only thing that could move were the seats that could swivel and/or rock back and forth.
Anthony was excited. Well, no, not because his aunt died, but because he gets to see the family mansion. Also, being in that jet again felt nice. It felt like he was home. He looked at Lilith. He knew how Lilith felt about losing a parent or parents. He put a comforting hand on her shoulder and said, "Lilith, I am sorry about auntie." "Me, too."
Orion overheard the conversation, "Lilith, I know it hurts, now, but it will get better with time." Lilith knew that they meant well, however, every since she could remember her parents practically drilled into her that someday that they would be gone. They told her about death and the afterlife. They explained to her that death is only the beginning. They said that the spirit goes home. They also told her that the physical body is only a vessel to house the spirit until the end of that life. But it still hurts knowing that you can't heard or feel your mother ever again. She was happy that her mother is with her father again. At least, some good came out of it. Sophia's words are always there in Lilith's mind. Yes, she would grieve for her mother and among other things that she didn't let herself grieve.
Lilith heard footsteps coming from the cabin. It was the pilot and Alex. The pilot said, "Ms. Morris, I want to give you my condolences for your mother's death. She was a great lady. She'll be missed." Lilith smiled a sad smile, "Thank you." The pilot continued, "Your mother was a great employer and I know that you will make her proud." Lilith nodded. She thought, "Holy crap, I forgot about the business. How could I forgot about my family's company like that?"
With that said, the pilot returned to the cabin. He then announced over the intercom to let the passengers know that he was going to depart and make sure that they'd buckled themselves up.
Alison patted Kross and tucked him in. She kissed him on the cheek, “Just sleep like you’re supposed to. I think I can handle giving Mr. Bell the papers.”
She got up and took care of her needs in the bathroom and then headed into the kitchen. She ordered a very light breakfast knowing she was going straight back to bed when she finished with the small meeting with Mr. Bell.
He arrived and quietly entered, “Miss. Rockheart.”
“Mr. Bell,” she responded. “I’d like to get back to sleep soon.”
“Of course,” Mr. Bell replied. “I need to get to the courthouse to speak with the judge about the incident at the hotel within the next hour as it is.”
Alison nodded and went to the coffee table and collected one of the copies of the papers Kross had worked on and presented it to Mr. Bell. He collected them from her and made his way out with her words of warning about altering the intent of the contracts to be drawn up.
With that done, she secured the door and went back into the room and climbed back into bed. She had barely settled before she found herself wrapped in Kross’ protective embrace. She sighed happily and settled in to get a good day’s rest.
The evening came and too soon Kross and Alison found themselves in a huge conference room with the forty family members that had been selected to sit in on it from the various parts of the family. Alison did her best to try to understand everything that was being challenged and levied, but about half of it went over her head. Thankfully Kross knew exactly what was going on and seemed to have a logical counter for everything that was thrown at them.
Alison excused herself a few times to use the ladies room and then to order food. She ordered from the sub shop about a mile away from where they were and to say that her family was offended was an understatement. She settled that on her own: eat what you’re given or go get food yourself, but this meeting isn’t stopping so if you want your voice heard and to hear all that’s being said then deal with it.
Alison made coffee for Kross, making a small cut into her thumb to add her own blood to it. She’d tried to order blood from the blood bank, but they couldn’t sell to her because she didn’t have the proper licensing. She had the instructions on how to obtain the licensing for future reference written on the stationary paper she had folded in her clutch.
It was nearly three in the morning when the family yielded and signed the documents presented to them. Forming a cabinet for company sales and acquisitions with final approval resting in Alison’s hands until it could be determined that the family could manage itself once again without her intervention.
Alison was dead on her feet before they even got into the taxi that waited for them. Coco was quiet, still excited to have been called for the night and paid so well for it as well. Mr. Bell shared the cab on the way back to the hotel watching Alison and Kross.
The taxi stopped at Mr. Bell’s hotel. Alison was out cold in Kross’ lap. He paused and looked back, “Watch out for both of you, not everyone in the family was happy about being excluded from the meeting tonight and I have a feeling it’s going to cause problems in the future.” He looked at Alison, “When she turns eighteen the proverbial shit is going to hit the fan. If there’s anything you can do to get her more prepared, business classes, estate lessons, whatever it is, I suggest it. The family that was there knows she’s not ready or capable of standing up to them and will do their damndest to remove you from the equation.”
“I will take care of her,” was all that Kross replied.
A moment passed and Mr. Bell exited the vehicle. Coco drove off like he hadn’t heard a thing and dropped them off at their hotel. Alison walked tiredly next to Kross until they got into the elevator where she was scooped back up into Kross’ arms and carried to bed.
“The babies are making me tired,” Alison yawned as she tried to help with disrobing herself. Kross still did most of the work. She laid there sprawled on the sheets the small bulge of proof of life evident. “Thank you for handling them,” she covered her mouth.
“Shh,” Kross kissed her softly, “Sleep, my love. We can talk later.”
She barely nodded as her eyes closed and she was out again. Kross tucked her in and watched her sleep.
Candy sat quietly waiting in Levi’s room in the guise of Levi’s roommate to prevent anyone from saying anything. Her present for his birthday wrapped in blue and silver paper sat next to her. She’d been up all night and into the day looking for the lu-lak, a special type of gift that was usually only given to changelings. It was a pet of sorts, though she had no idea what form it would take for Levi if he accepted it.
She’d fallen asleep, head on the desk when Levi returned to his dorm room. She lifted her head from the desk and looked back. Levi shut the door and paused, “I didn’t know you were back yet.”
“I’m not,” Candy replied. “I came to give you your birthday present.”
She held out the box. “It’s a lu-lak. A changeling pet… sort of. It will morph into whatever form suits your personality, but only once so be careful. Don’t open the box until you know. Once it’s got a form it’s yours for life. It will grow and learn from you, so take care what you expose it to.”
“Huh?” Levi looked at the box confused. He figured it was Angel, but he wasn’t sure about the gift. “Do you have one?”
Candy shook her head, “My demon blood doesn’t allow for me to bond with one. I think you will really like it though. I need to get going, I need to eat soon. So if you have any more questions about it, ask them now.”
Xander was so far into his training that he didn't have time to think. All day he ran and made a sweat. Push-ups came naturally to him and then the two mile course full of holes and swings was the end to his long and vigorous day. This didn't include the paperwork he had yet to do and the squadron duties that were bestowed upon him. When Xander looked at it, he worked hard everyday, but now he had to make up for lost time. The sun was beginning to set when he finally had to call it a day. It wasn't like he couldn't keep going, but he knew not to push himself too hard. That would call for disaster the next day.
With the dirt and grime apparent on his skin he decided that it was high time to take a shower. He went into the restrooms and turned on the shower head. The steam bellowed out and he was finally able to give out a long sigh of relief. Xander stripped himself of his clothes, his muscles taught against his body. He looked down at his hands and saw how calloused they were. Then a thought struck through his head and he shook it. There were times where he thought he should have just done something more with Lilith, but with her being so young, so inexperienced, he was always scared he would hurt her. Now her mother died. He didn't know how he would be able to help her cope with that.
He stepped under the shower and allowed the water to cascade over him. Maybe he would go see her in the morning. They could have breakfast together. It was already too late to go see her at the dorm and completely against the rules of Windsong. Xander saw the bar of soap and scrubbed his body, tired of thinking about everything.
Levi looked at the box and repeated what Angel said, "Lu-lak?" Angel nodded. Levi chuckled, "It sounds so funny. I wonder what its true form looks like." Levi wanted to open the box, but kept himself from doing so. He then gave Angel a look and couldn't help but smile at her, "Angel, this is just wonderful. I mean really you've done so much for me. You know, even Dezmin is being nice. He got his friends to throw me a party today and we watched cheesy movies. Then Dezmin and I swam for the rest of the day. It was like I made a friend, like how I'm friends with you. Except you don't try to hit on me all the time."
“I’m glad you had fun today,” Candy said. She really had to go before it was too late; she wouldn't do that to him. “On that note, I should get going. I really do need to eat before I call it a night.”
“Thanks again, Angel.” Levi said looking at the box.
“Can you get the window for me?” she asked. Levi nodded and opened the window.
Candy flew around for a little while and watched as people came and went. She eventually landed near the boys showers, the changing of the guard had happened. Lora, a fully succubus, had already arrived by the time Candy got into the showers to find someone to take what she needed from. Candy muttered as she came to where Lora was feeding in a mini-orgy in the bigger stall. Their grunts and groans mingled with Lora’s own moaning, the steam from the showers had been amplified and covered the entire showering area.
She leaned against the wall and watched, knowing better than to try to feed from a full succubus’ meal. All of the good ones, ones capable to be fed from were already predisposed, but it never hurt to watch and learn.
Meanwhile, in a few stalls over, Xander found himself in a predicament. He’d just sat down on the small stool seat to scrub the bottom of his feet and to get off of them in general when he caught sight of movements under the door. Moments later the hot steam of the shower area filled and obscured much of the room. That was when the first sounds of sex reached his ears along with the first dose of pheromones.
Xander looked under the bottom of the stall and saw three of his guards getting involved with one of the three succubi in the school. Unlike a great many of the other students, chaste didn’t fit in a succubus’ life style. They had to feed and there was no other way to do it, but since a succubus controlled her mating cycle there was no risk of pregnancy, so the school had to allow it. He was familiar with this one, Lora. She was a potent one, who unlike the other two, like to feed on several partners at once. He had no desire to be one of them and with where he was there was no way for him to get out without Lora realizing it and entrapping him in her thrall as well.
It was difficult to just sit there though. Lora’s pheromones were being thrown out like candy and were feeding Xander’s thoughts of lust and desire. Images of Lilith’s silhouette flashed through his mind as he sat there as far from the door as he could. His body was hard and wanting; his mind knowing that it was a result of the pheromones that were being pushed out, but his body needing release. He closed his eyes and whispered, “Lilith…” as his hand wrapped around his hard member and starting stroking slowly.
He opened his eyes and knew he was hallucinating from the pheromones, but there she stood in front of the closed door. She stepped forward; her features were both obscured and completely naked to his view. She covered herself somewhat shyly as if she had second thoughts, as he’d imagined she would. It was his hallucination, so somewhere in the back of his head he knew she would be everything he wanted her to be.
His hand let go of himself and reached for her hand pulling her close, “You shouldn’t be here… I want to do things to you, with you. You should be sleeping and… I’m sorry about your mother…”
“Help me forget,” his hallucination replied. “I need to forget…”
The words were barely a whisper, but he heard them clearly. The pheromones gave him little option but to ride this situation out so why fight what he had wanted for some time, but had kept fighting himself to keep from doing. It couldn’t be seen as cheating since his hallucination was of Lilith and of all the possible ways to be put into this moment, everything would feel real to him until the pheromones ended.
Xander stood and pulled his hallucination of Lilith into his arms and made love to her. There was little he could do to control his lust and need once he yielded to it, all he could be grateful for was that it was only an illusion and not the real thing because he had no way to keep himself from being too rough with her.
Time had ceased to exist as Xander made love to Lilith, the pheromones bearing down on him. He’d spilled his seed for at least the fourth time since he’d started before his body leaned limply against the stall wall with his illusion straddled against his lap. His head rolled back and eyes closed as he caught his breath trying to clear his mind. When he opened his eyes again, he was alone in his stall and the pheromones had dissipated along with the excess steam.
Dragging himself to his feet, he slowly made his way out of the shower stepping over three of the younger guards who had been Lora’s food. They’d end up waking up on their own eventually to make their way back to the barracks just as he was. When Xander finally got to his bed, he virtually collapsed the last thought on his mind of Lilith’s lithe body atop of his.
Candy yawned as she followed Lora out. It’d been quite the learning experience and she was mostly glad that she’d stayed to see what a full succubus could do. It’d been quite impressive to watch and even more difficult to keep from tapping into the buffet that Lora had going, but she’d succeeded and found her own food source. While not nearly as filling as the trio Lora had, it sufficed enough and she really didn’t have to do anything since he seemed to take care of it all himself.
Lora smirked, “You’re something else, Candy.”
Candy arched a brow, “That sounds like a compliment.”
“That’s because it is,” Lora said stopping and facing her. “I know I talk down to you a lot for not being a full succubus, but back there you were able to keep yourself from my food. Not even Penny has managed to do it when she’s tried to feed in the same area.”
“Really? She seems to have so much control over her hunger.” Candy replied thoughtfully.
“As long as nothing’s influencing her,” Lora pointed out. “I’ll see you later, Candy.”
“Uh, yeah,” she replied watching Lora take off toward the entry closest to her room.
Candy made her way into the dorm, her form taking that of Dee as she passed through the partition leading to the halls. She went through the motions of getting ready for bed before she climbed into it and laid down. She idly wondered which of the guards had been in the stall she’d fed from who’d been calling out her new roommates name. With a mental shrug she fell asleep.

The family jet was now 30,000 feet above ground. Alex looked at Lilith and gave a sigh. "Ah-hem, Ms. Lilith. I know that you just found out about your mother. However, we need to get the business aspect out of the way. You see, your mother wanted to give you and Anthony equal share of the company. Before...."
Lilith interrupted him. "Mr. White, do you know anything on how the FBI or the DPD (Dallas Police Department) investigating my mother's death?" Yes, she knew who murdered her mother, but they didn't. She wanted to know if anyone had any leads.
Alex sighed, "The homicide unit and the FBI's forensic unit are working together. There are no leads on who or why someone wanted to kill your mother. As I was saying, before I get into the business. You need to know that the FBI had frozen all your mother's assets. That means...."
"I know what that means, Mr. White. It means that all my mother's financial accounts had been frozen until at least those like me has been clear from being a suspect. I wasn't born yesterday, you know."
Orion couldn't help, but laughed inwardly. Alex continued, "Anyway, the same goes to the life insurance policy, until you are clear." He paused for a moment. "Now Lilith, you will meet with the board. Your mother was, of course, the owner and the CEO. Do you remember Rebecca or Becky?" Lilith shook her head. "Well, she is acting as the CEO in your place until you reach the age of eighteen. Rebecca and your mother were best friends. She knows how the company works and she'll go over everything for you, if you needed it. The rest of the board consists of a business lawyer, business consultant, business accountant, and a investment banker. They will challenge you to see if you are competent to be the CEO of this company. In the past, the board would test the heir of the company to see if he/she could move the company into the future. They tested your mother and I imagined they will do the same to you."
"What if I am found incompetent to be the next CEO?"
"Well, you simply be the owner of the company. Of course, you will have the last word to all decisions that would affect the company one way or another." Lilith nodded in understanding. "Ms. Lilith, they won't out right challenge you. They will more than likely wait until you graduate from the academy and/or after you get your business degree. I am only going to suggest this to you. You should take some business management classes. It will help you in the long run whether or not you'll become the CEO. Also, don't let them intimidate you, because they'll try to keep the owners out of the boardroom."
"It's rather simple because they believe that the owners really don't have any business there especially heirs. Unless of course you wish not to be the CEO. It's your choice."
Lilith nodded. "Is that all I need to know, Mr. White?"
"Actually, there are other things that I need to discuss with you."
"No, I mean what regards to the business side of things."
"Oh, yes, there is. You'll need to find a business consultant. Your mother fired the last one, because the said person turned out to be a spy from a competitive company. It turned out that that person was taking the company's secrets out and gave them to their boss. Thank goodness that we recover them before things got bad for the company. Now lets take a break before we discuss your mother's will."
Ayame couldn't help but notice the looks she was getting as they walked across campus and she silently cursed whoever had spread the word that her shift had gone wrong. She pulled away from Aiden some, standing straighter and staying aware of the people around her. She figured she would have a few day's grace period before things started to get really bad, no one wanted to test their strength against an opponent that was already hurt. All the same she didn't enjoy the looks and she didn't see any reason to continue to endure them.
Besides she really just wanted to lay down and wait for the painkillers to start working. Before they would have gone back to her room to hang out, but now she led them to the movie room instead. "Do you mind watching a movie?" She asked him, "I'd really just like to lay down for a little while. relax some, you know?"
“No Marina, putting everyone in front of yourself is not so self sacrificing. This part of yourself is vampire and that is not in our nature. We will always have some other reason behind what we do and I suspect that yours is to avoid being whole within yourself. To avoid having to think about yourself and yourself worth,” Hunter slowly stood. “Without self value, you devalue everything else in your life. If you cannot stand on your own, you cannot support those you care for to the best of your ability.”
Hunter knelt down and lifted Marina to her feet, “We will learn who Marina is, because she must first be whole before anything else can happen. This will not be easy, but I will see you through it one way or another.” His hand lifted and brushed her hair back behind her ear, his eyes flashing icy-blue for half a second, “Now, tell me Marina… not about what is going on around you or who you believe you are supposed to be, but who are you? Who do you want to be?” His fingers trailed down her jaw line and then down to her heart, “Who are you truly in here?”
Last Edit: Jan 21, 2014 21:41:24 GMT -5 by Faemyre
Marina closed her eyes trying not to blush, she took a breath and opened her eyes "I'm not sure Hunter... I wish I knew but I don't, listening to what my heart tells me is hard to do." she looked away and closed her eyes again "I'm sorry Hunter.." she felt like she was failing in so meany way "All I know is that I don't want people I care about get harmed or killed like my parents, thus why I probably make sure they are okay before my self.." she mumbled but she knew he herd her.

Before the continuation of Lilith's mother's will, Alex arrived at the table first to gather papers and such for Orion to sign on the behalf of Lilith and Anthony. Anthony and Orion sat at the table next after playing card games and all they are waiting for was Lilith. Lilith took a nap. It was awhile before she finally awaken.
"Finally up, sleepy head," Orion said, teasingly, as he noticed that she was awake. Lilith stuck her tongue out at him. She walked up to the table; sat down; and waited until Alex noticed that everyone was back from their break.
I hope that you enjoy your break. Now lets continue with your mother's will, shall we?" Alex had his laptop hooked up to the television screen. "Your mother recorded this herself before her untimely death." Alex pushed play to play the video of her will. Sophia gave her last wishes one that Anthony would to become the next chief of their family clan, which Lilith had no trouble to hand her birthright title to her cousin. Also that they both had equal share of the company, if something would had happened to either of them they would inherit their half. Unless of course, they would have an heir. Again Lilith had no trouble with that. It was also explain that Orion would be their guardian until they'd reached the age of eighteen. The rest of the video took the rest of the flight to Dallas.
Once they'd landed, Alex looked out of the jet's windows and noticed that there was the media. He sighed. "It looks like the media had gotten word of your mother's death and your arrival." All of them looked outside of the window to see them awaiting for them.
"Lets get this over with," Lilith said as she wiped away the remaining tears from rolling down her redden cheeks. The flight attendant opened up the door as the steps were being pushed to the jet. Once Lilith stepped out the cameras started flashing like they were on the red carpet. The news reporters and their cameramen were set and ready for their encounter.
One of them asked, "Ms. Morris.... Ms. Morris, how does it feel to be the sole heir of your family's empire?"
"What are you planning to do with your family's empire? Is there any new products that would soon be released?"
"Who would act....." Lilith made no comment, however, Alex said, "Morris & Co. will have a press conference soon. So whatever questions you'll have, they will be answered them there. Now will you excuse us?!" Afterwards, the reporters kept on asking their bothersome questions as they got inside the limo to drive them to the Morris Estate.
The drive was quiet until Anthony said, "Lilith, you should know something." Lilith gave him a look that clearly says that 'she's not in the mood.' "Look, Lil. Sorry about auntie's passing, but please don't shut us out." Lilith looked at Anthony and then at Orion.
"So, he told you what happened after I'd lost you, my other cousins, my aunt and uncle, and then my best friend." Anthony nodded. "Both of you stop that. I understand that you are worried about me, but don't."
Orion growled lowly, "How could we not worried about you?! You nearly killed yourself last time! What makes us think that you wouldn't try it again?!"
"Well, firstly, mom and dad practically drilled into my head that death wasn't the end. Mother is still alive, in spirit. She's with father now. Deep down I'd had always known that after father couldn't return, she wouldn't be here for long. They're soul-mates after all. Secondly, I promised myself that I won't return to that place again. Thirdly, killing myself won't bring my mother back. I am not saying that I am not sad about my mother's passing. I am. It's just that, I wouldn't be able to SEE them again until my time comes."
Orion was a little confused about that last statement. "What do you mean you can't SEE them?"
Lilith sighed, "I had to pay the price for restitution to avoid war with the Shadow Realm. That is why I have limited abilities than I used to have. That still bugs the hell out of me. What was it that they aren't willing to give up?"
"Hm, I thought there was something different. I just didn't know what it was."
Anthony said, "Well, if you can't see them anymore, could you hear them?"
"Yes, but only one, Cassiel, however, he could only say seven words."
"Have you heard from him?"
"No, not since before I lost some of my abilities."
To change the subject since it was still a fresh wound inside of Lilith's heart, "So, what was it you wanted me to know?"
"Oh, I almost forgot. It's about...." The limo stopped because the driver announced that they were at the Morris Estate. They all gotten out of the limo and walked out to the door. Lilith doesn't want to go inside. However, she steel her nerves to unlock the door and walked inside. Everything was still the same before she went to Windsong.
Suddenly she and Anthony was having a vision of how did her mother got killed. They saw her walked up the her room to get ready for bed. She was in the process of brushing her hair when she felt a malicious aura coming from her balcony. She turned and saw that it was Lorian.
"Lorian, I am surprised that you came."
"I want you to stop meddling in my affairs! I also want you to tell your bitch of a daughter to leave my Kross alone!" Sophia chuckled. "What's so funny, wench?!"
"I could tell her all I want, but she won't listen. Besides, she won't abandon Kross. She's so stubborn that way. I also know why you are really here."
"Oh? Is that so? Pray tell me, why I am here for, miss-know-it-all?
Sophia smiled a sad smile. "You are here to kill me to get back at my daughter. I am going to tell you that this will be futile. You will die and go to hell, Lorian. Once your patriarch finds out, he'll know that it would be you. Rather or not he will let you explain your reasons is unknown. You won't have Kross's or my daughter's fates in your hands. You will die, Lorian, in the end."
Lorian suddenly ripped her beating heart out. He noticed there was a peaceful expression on Sophia's face, which got him even angrier. He quickly moved her to her bed without leaving a single drop of blood on the floor. He spat at her and said a few incoherent words and left from whence he came. As Lilith was seeing the vision, she couldn't help a few tears flowed down her cheeks.
Anthony noticed and asked, "Are you okay?" Yes, that was a stupid-ass question to ask, but he couldn't stop from asking.
"As well as expected, I guess," she answered as she was drying off cheeks.
Suddenly they heard the door-bell. Lilith and Anthony looked at each other and return to the living room. When they ran down-stairs, Orion was opening the door. They saw two men wearing black suits. They instantly knew who they were.
ruuruu-chan: Perhaps starting an RP again and get the clan back together. We won't finish Windsong because it has been too long now, but since we learned from out past mistakes, we can make a better rp this time.

Faemyre: I will have to take time to consider whether or not I have time for participating in another RP. I know for certain that I do not have time to participate anywhere close to the level I did with Windsong.
